Dr. Ashley Chouinard, EDD, DH
Ashley grew up in southern Minnesota and graduated from Normandale Community College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2010. After graduation, Ashley worked in private practice while completing her Master of Science in Education degree at the University of Wisconsin- Stout. Following graduation, Ashley served as a faculty member at Herzing University, becoming the Dental Hygiene Program Chair in 2013. Ashley developed Herzing University’s Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene- Bridge program for graduates who earned an associate’s degree in dental hygiene to complete their bachelors degree in dental hygiene.
She earned a Doctoral degree in Education with a focus on Interdisciplinary Leadership in 2017 from Creighton University. Currently she serves the Dental Director for the dental hygiene and dental assisting programs at Herzing University. Ashley practices clinically at a private practice office and provides monthly radiology training to Park Dental team members. She serves on multiple committees for Herzing University and is a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) site- visitor.
