Bronze – There are no refunds for the Bronze package as the material is digital and delivered instantly.

Silver – A refund of the difference in price between your package and the bronze package will be reimbursed provided the textbook has not yet shipped. Your package will be downgraded to the bronze package.  

Gold – A full refund minus the $100 processing fee if a student wants to completely cancel their gold package registration as long as its 30 or more days prior to the seminar date.  There are no refunds if within 30 days of the seminar date.

Stream –  No refunds if within 30 days of the seminar start date.  If more than 30 days prior then full refund minus a $100 processing fee will be given. 

Premium and Streaming Premium – No refunds if within 30 days of the seminar start date.  A full refund minus the $100 processing fee as long as its 30 or more days prior to the seminar date.
