CANCELLATION POLICY
MPORTANT: This is what you are agreeing to when you register for any of our packages.
Bronze or Payment Plan Package – There are no refunds for the Bronze or Payment Plan package as the material is digital and delivered instantly. There is also a free trial of this package for you to test before purchasing so once you register for the package, you agree there are no cancellations or refunds allowed.
Silver – A refund of the difference in price between your package and the bronze package will be reimbursed provided the textbook has not yet shipped. Your package will be downgraded to the bronze package. If the textbook has shipped and or you have installed the seminar study app, there are no refunds.
Gold – A full refund minus the $100 processing fee if a student wants to completely cancel their gold package registration as long as its 30 or more days prior to the seminar date. There are no full or partial refunds if within 30 days of the seminar date which includes downgrading package types.
Stream – No refunds if within 30 days of the seminar start date. If more than 30 days prior then full refund minus a $100 processing fee will be given.
Video Packages– No refunds if your book has already shipped. $100 processing fee if your mailing label has not been created.
Book Only Packages– No refunds if your book has already shipped. $100 processing fee if your mailing label has not been created.
Premium Packages– A refund of the difference in price between your package and the bronze package will be reimbursed provided the textbook has not yet shipped. Your package will be downgraded to the bronze package. There are no full or partial refunds if within 30 days of the seminar or streaming date which includes downgrading package types. If the textbook has shipped, there are no refunds. $100 processing fee.
