Tara Clor, MED, RDH
Tara Clor has been a dental hygienist for 10 years and a dental hygiene educator for 4 years. Both my parents are Dentists who have inspired me, and because of them, my passion for the dental field started as a child and only grew from there. I always had the desire and interest to work in health care and after watching my parents run their practice and better the lives of their patients, I knew exactly what my goal was and never looked back.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of Iowa and continued forward to attend Foothill College to earn my Associate’s Degree and RDH license. I also earned my Master’s in Education and Leadership from the University of San Diego. I am now taking all I have learned and applying it to teaching, which has been so fun! I enjoy getting to know my students and helping them succeed. Patient care, public health, and lifelong learning are passions of mine that have only been strengthened by my position as an educator. Hobbies of mine include and are not limited to: spending quality time with my family and friends, going on hikes and enjoying the outdoors, cheering on my favorite bay area sports teams (Go Warriors!!), and playing with my sweet puppies Noa and Sno.
